By accessing or using ClipFlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
ClipFlow is an AI-powered clip distribution platform that helps content creators automatically convert, optimize, and publish gaming clips to multiple social media platforms. The Service includes video processing, AI content generation, scheduling, analytics, and multi-platform publishing.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
ClipFlow offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Plan limits (clips per month, platforms, features) are enforced based on your active subscription.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ClipFlow. By using the Service, you grant ClipFlow a limited license to process, store, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to distribute your content to the platforms you select.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) upload content that violates third-party rights; (c) attempt to circumvent subscription limits; (d) interfere with the Service's operation; (e) share account credentials with unauthorized users.
ClipFlow integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Twitch, Eklipse). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. ClipFlow is not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms regarding your content.
ClipFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of content, failed uploads, or platform account issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data 30 days after account termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
