Account Information: Email address, display name, and avatar when you sign up via email or Twitch OAuth.
Platform Connections: OAuth access tokens for connected platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Twitch). These are stored securely and used solely to publish your content.
Content: Video clips you import, AI-generated titles/descriptions/hashtags, thumbnails, and captions.
Usage Data: Clip counts, publication history, analytics data, and feature usage for providing the Service.
Payment Information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security enabled. Video files are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. We implement industry-standard security measures including input validation, rate limiting, and secure authentication.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your clips at any time. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days.

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session cookies). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed as we only use essential cookies.
ClipFlow is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
